Friday 27 February 2026 | 12:30pm – 3:30pm
Sharks Events Centre

An afternoon of horsepower, high-profile guests and a cause that matters.
Join us at the Sharks Events Centre for the Jack Beasley Foundation Horsepower Lunch — a special fundraising event uniting sport, community and purpose in the fight against youth violence.
Hosted by former Panthers premiership winner and Queensland Origin star Scott Sattler, the afternoon features an outstanding line-up of guest speakers:
Three-time Melbourne Cup winning jockey Glen “Bossy” Boss (rider of Makybe Diva)
Supercars legend and Bathurst winner Paul Morris
2023 Repco Supercars Champion and 2024 Bathurst winner Brodie Kostecki
Enjoy a premium two-course lunch with a selection of beer, wine, cider and soft drinks, alongside powerful stories from some of Australia’s biggest names in racing and motorsport. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on exclusive auction items and win fantastic raffle prizes.
All funds raised support the Jack Beasley Foundation — a Gold Coast-based registered not-for-profit committed to preventing youth violence through knife crime education, advocacy and legislative reform.
At the heart of the Foundation’s work is the One Moment Education Program, led by Jack’s parents, Belinda and Brett. Through school visits across Queensland, they share Jack’s story to educate young people about the dangers of carrying a knife and the lasting consequences youth violence has on victims, offenders, families and entire communities.
The Foundation’s goal is simple but powerful: to ensure Jack’s legacy creates positive change, and that no other family experiences the heartbreak of losing a loved one to knife crime.
